Firs thing I would check on that model since you appear to be pumping fuel is the "auto shutdown relay" It is in the underhood fuse box and is the type of relay as the ac relay next to it. You can swap it with the ac relay and see if that starts the car. These relays go bad and car won't crank. Also some of them have a starter relay in there too, but the "auto shutdown" relay for some reason seems to be the most troublesome.

There are a couple of reasons for no fuel. The fuel pump relay and the fuel pump. The relay should be in the master fuse box under the hood. There is a diagram on the cover identifying the fuses and relays. There may be 2 or more relays that are alike. Swap out the relays and see if it will start. Don't pick one that is necessary to run like the Ignition relay, use a/c, or horn if it is the same. If that works buy a new relay and install it.
There is a Shrader valve on the fuel runner to check the fuel pressure. If you can come up with a guage to check fuel pressure it requires 40# or more. Low or no pressure means the fuel pump is faulty.

If your after-runs for a second or two after turning the key off, you may want to get the ignition timing checked.
