Wouldn't you say it isn't easy to break up especially with a beautiful woman although u might be suffering in the relationship ..?

For me no. I actually dated a model, one of the most georgous women you will ever see, and she was so high maintenence and selfish that I found it quite satisfying breaking up with her. Since that had NEVER happened to her, she didn't know how to handle it. She pretty much stalked me for over a year after that to try and salvage her precious ego.
If you find it hard, then you have some shallowness in you that you need to overcome.
