Drink water, most of the symptoms of a hangover are from dehydration also some orange juice might be nice.

You're a little behind the curve, unfortunately. The reason for the hangover is dehydration, so obviously water is the answer. But you want to start drinking water either while you are still drinking alcohol or shortly afterwards before you go to bed. The more alcohol, the more water... And when you wake up to pee, keep drinking more water. Excedrin Migrain helps, too. Don't fall for that "magic" chaser pill you take before you drink, either. You'll just end up drinking more than usual and have an even more severe hangover. Your plan of action today: Go get a glass of water right now and just keep drinking. You won't feel better immediately, but you'll be fine by the end of the day.

What always works for me is excedrin, a big caffeinated soda (diet coke for me), and the McDonalds sausage biscuit meal. That biscuit & hashbrowns will soak up a lot of the alcohol. And while I have no scientific evidence to support this, I feel like the acidity in the soda and the grease in the sausage help to cut the sloshy feeling in the stomach quite a bit. (sloshy being a medical term, obviously). Since it's likely afternoon where you are, I would think that you could change this to hamburger & fries. I haven't tried it, but I'd expect you'd get a similar effect.

Good luck -- work hangovers are rough.

the terrific element is sleep. you may get better and this rather can basically happen at relax. Rehydrating with a brilliant number of water and clean fruit/vegetable juices is fundamental. Gatorade and Coconut water are an spectacular thank you to restock the electrolytes lost after heavy ingesting. A refrigerator therapy is taking a bathtub alternating from chilly water to warm, which has helped me. Advil is an obvious selection in case you have a headache, yet given which you opt for it in view that's complicated on the tummy, in case you're already feeling crappy. Sleep, hydrate, Advil, greater sleep is a super hangover therapy. you are going to be good.

Well, first of all, you shoulda ate a banana before you went to bed - replenishes the potassium, doncha know...

Now that you're hurting, I would recommend popping a couple of acetomenophin (Tylenol). Don't do this every day, or you'll kill your liver. So that's a good point for all you boozers: If you're constantly hung over, you need to drink more water while you're drinking liquor. And don't abuse the tylenol.

Depending on what your stomach is like, you need to get something in there to push all that bad stuff out. I recommend spicy and greasy food, and regular coke. Stay away from the diet. You need sugar and caffeine here. The 2-cheeseburger meal from McDonald's always does the trick for me. I also like food you can eat hot sauce on. Hot sauce does the trick for me. Give it a couple hours, and you'll be all right.

From now on, no more drinking on school nights!!!

My best friend and I swear by this method. Run a slightly hotter than warm bath, take two advil liquid gels, and relax. Stay in the bathtub for as long as you want. Afterwards, go back to sleep for at least an hour.

Next time, to prevent hang overs, drink a lot of water before going to bed the night of drunkeness.

Hope this helps. =)

Take Three Motrin, Drink lots of water or Coke and eat whole grains (wheat) The wheat acts like a sponge in your body and absorbs the alcohol. The Drink rehydrates your body and the Motrin just makes you feel better.
Sorry your feeling bad, hope it was fun heeheee :)-

By the way........Do Not take Tylenol or any generic form it can cause liver damage when mixed with alcohol. Only take Ibuprofen!

Well, next time, drink a bottle of water and take excedrin, or advil before you go to bed. May prevent it. Here's what I do when I get one anyway. First, I make myself throw up, then I eat some toast and/or french fries. Then take some aspirin with a coke. (Caffeine gets it through your bloodstream faster). Then eat and drink everything you can!!!

3 things:
1) Water
2) Multivitamins (or B vitamins...B6, maybe? Can't recall)
3) Pain killer

Preferably, after you're done drinking. It really does work...of course, whether or not showing up for work the next day with a black eye you can't explain is better than suffering alone at home...

There is no cure ~ your poor old body is complaining about the treatment you handed out the night before. You can gain some respect from it by drinking as much water as you can the next morning. Cheers!
