Here you go, mate, don't mind mean answers :D
but you should go to a dietetician you know? He's the one who can actually prescribe you a diet plan which may be efficient.

Do a Google search, you'll find tons of diets. Pick one.

Or, go to your public library. There will be an entire shelf of diet books you can check out for free for 3 weeks.

Here is a link to some http://www.freedieting.com
I would just eat/drink lots of water and fiber and get an hour of exercise each day. It's a lot easier then following a regimen and it promotes a lifestyle change rather than a quick fix.

www.ediets.com
www.prevention.com
Hope either or both of these will help you find what you are looking for. You might also find what your looking for on internet by searching under dietitians. Call your MD-he/she may have a specific diet plan for you

Are you relatively hungry, or purely being money grabbing? Your abdomen is purely the size of a fist so it takes basically some foodstuff to fill it in a comfortable way. verify the way you sense after ingesting. in case you sense crammed, bloated or drained, you're the two ingesting interior the incorrect time or ingesting extreme.

2 steps to getting fit:
1. GET OFF OF THE COUCH
2. EXERCISE

there is no diet out there that will make you loose weight while you watch TV.

Oh, a most EXCELLENT site:
for the ladies: http://www.f-heit.com
and for the gentlemen: http://www.t-nation.com
Same mediators, etc.
It has everything you need! Browse it thoroughly,
but the plans are mostly found in the "Metabolism
Repair Plan," the discussion & articles.
It has made all the difference in my life over the last year.
