the cops told her that someone reported that he was with her and they said that they could come in her house even while she is gone .. is that true.. dont they need a search warrent first??

yes they can if they believe him to be there, my question is why dosent the guy man up and go take care of his problems now instead of later, and causing his family more trouble he needs to be a man and face the music

if they have an arrest warrant, and reason to believe he is in the house, they can come in to look for him. They dont need a specific warrant to search her house.
