The other day he called me concerning something she had asked me to do that phone call was innocent but after I hung up the phone he called right back saying he was going to buy me something for Christmas and I asked him why and he said because he has a crush on me. This is not the first time this has happened so I told him don't start this sh** again and hung up he called right back but I had one of my children answer the phone.
About 13 years ago when they were only dating he made a pass at me and I told her and we didn't talk for a long time after that I guess she blamed me but this time I told my husband and he wants to bash his head in but I don't want any friction between my cousin and I and the bad thing is we are suppose to be eating Christmas dinner and exchanging gifts at their house this year should my family go and if if not what reason will I give my cousin?We live right next door to each other I see her husband everyday in the yard I'm just really uncomfortable.

you can go to your cousin's house just ignore her husband.And warn him if he's not going to stop bothering you you're going to tell to his wife.i bet he's going to behave if u tell him that.

Well as you have seen talking to his wife or your husband solved nothing. Why? Because both have to much at stake. She can't just walk out on him because of what you tell her and your husband goes into a defensive mode as any husband would do.
While you may have to just deal with this you must do this:
The next time he approaches you and in any way talks about this tell him that you are not in the least bit interested and your husband does not like him approaching you and his wife does not either.
Be as straight forward as possible but make sure he understands that there never ever will be anything between you and him.
When someone is attracted to another that attraction is often increased when the object of their desire is allways there but just not available. Seeing you all the time makes it worse.
You must understand this. In no way are you responsible for this.
Even if you walked by one of your windows naked and he saw you it does not justify unwanted attention. However if you in any way make yourself look better than you normally would......smile when you see him....or just about any thing that may be construed as you may be interested he will take that and run with it.
Set him straight and tell him there will be no more of this.

First thing is you should let your husband bash his head in something is seriously wrong with that man. And for your cousin how can she get mad at you for the things her man is doing she should of never married him in the first place theirs no telling what or who else he is cruching on. As far as christmas goes I suggest you not go and try to talk to your cousin again about this... If that doesnt work let your hubby beat his azzzzzzzzzz. Good luck................

Tell your cousin you and your family will not be attending Christmas dinner. If she asks why, tell her because you and your husband have a problem with her husband making passes at you and she can believe whatever she wants, it's what you and your husband know that is keeping you away.

This is a tough situation. I would wait until after the holidays; Christmas is not the time to bring this up. After the holidays, I would approach your cousin about this. Regardless of your fears, it is your duty as her blood relative to tell her the truth. You should preface your conversation by explaining that his advances are completely unsolicited. Best of luck!

tell your cousin she deserves to know her husband is a player and I am sure you are not the only one he has fooled with . I would be talking with other family members and hinting around with them find out if he has done this to other members of the family could be you guys have a pedofile or a rapist in your family. dont try to avoid it face it head on i know it will be hard. good luck and god bless and happy holidays.

Write him polite note stating that his crush and passes are unwelcome, and if he repeats them once more you will ask your husband to talk to him and his wife. One pass is rude but not so rude to sever family ties.

Your hubby should have some words with him and I would tell my cousin as well. Its not YOUR fault that her hubby is a jerk. She has to deal with it her way.
