my wife has small breasts, they are very perky and attractive, her mom just got implants, and now my wife wants them too, she wont let the subject rest. I actually prefer small breasts on a woman, how can I make this go away?

I would ask her who she is getting them for since you prefer small and perky------herself??? another man???? If she truly feels that her breasts are her worth you have a bigger problem than you think.

Implants are not good for her health, just because her mom doesn't have problems with them it doesn't mean she won't. Things will never be the same after she gets them, and later on in life she will have to do them again because they won't last more than ten years, so that's just the beginning of a long road of suffering for both of you.

When I was younger, I used to love to go the park and play on the swingset. One day, the city bull-dozed the playground and put in a parking lot. It saddened me, but I came to understand that--as much as I liked playing there, it BELONGS to the city.
Explain how you really feel. Tell your wife she's beautiful to you just as she is. Instigate a thoughtful and open conversation to discuss the pros and cons of the surgery. After that, all you can do is support your her in her decision--whatever it might be. After all, it's HER playground...you just get to swing there every now and then. ;-)

Tell her you prefer NATURAL breasts and you love hers exactly as they are... if fake ones are a turnoff then tell her that (but don't lie!) How about suggesting something much more fun you both could do together (a weekend away) for the cost of a boob job?

in the end its her body her decision. Why does she feel this way is it an insecurity or is it that she wants to copy her mom? Its an expensive painful procedure that could have complications later on. Perhaps have her talk to her doctor to get the reality of the situation.

Let her know how you feel, and that you would prefer to have a real woman not a fake one. She should be glad that you love her for who she is without the additions.

let her know how you feel and that you would rather her have what she has instead of go out and get fake breasts. let her know that you married her because she was obveiously all ready perfect in your eyes and that she has no person to impress but you,,,and you are completely satisfied. but know that if she is doing this because she really wants it just to satisfiy herself then you need to let her go through with it. sometimes girls feel like they need a change of appearence to feel more excepting of themselves.
