There is an object in there that should not be, open the covers find it and CAREFULLY REMOVE IT

I think it is referring to the metal bar that the inkjet cartridges ride on. You need to lift the cover and look inside. You can also try running a diagnostic or practice run from the Control Panel > Printers.

Find whatever is jamming the cartridge and remove it.
