You most likely have to get the cd again and re-install it. You might try doing a system restore. It reverses things done on your computer to how it was at a previous date. If you wanna try, go to Control Panel, then in system management, go to system restore.

You can purchase the program online, or if your computer came with the program, reinstall it through the windows application CD. Insert the CD, let it run, and find Roxio in the list of programs. Make sure that the Roxio program is the only one checked off, and continue installing.

1)Either download a crackversion or one with serial Generator
2)Do a system restore to get the application back
3)reinstall it

No problem.... just put your disk in the drive and re-install it.
