Yeah, more info would help.
But, apart from that. If you have friends in common, ask them to let her know every once in a while that you are still interested in her. Doesn't have to be all the time, just in passing or stuff. See if she asks about you anywhere.
Spend this time apart from her to figure out if she really is the one you want to be with. Examine your life and actions and see if there is something you are doing wrong (or something she just doesn't like). If it is something that is not as important to you that you might be willing to change, then consider that. If it is something you wouldn't change, then consider that she might not be the one for you.
Unfortunately, she may have found someone else and you might just have to accept that. Wait and see how that turns out for her.
