Breaded chicken
Crack eggs into a bowl, put the chicken into it. Then cover the chicken with bread crumbs. Then put it on grill/pan for about 10-15 minutes.

We had boneless, skinless chicken breast sauteed with some garlic and olive oil and served with some pasta. Have one in wrestling so have to go easy. He, of course, skipped the pasta.

Our family sat down to Halibut Alyeska tonight.
We also had steamed broccoli & cucumber & onion salad.....
My husband & his buddy caught the halibut fresh this past Sunday....
