There is a picture file that I cannot move or delete. Why is that?

When I roght-click on it, the only options that appear are:
1. Preview
2. Edit
3. Print
4. Open with . . .
5. Send to

All of the other options that usually appears when I right-click a picture file dosn't appear.

If you are trying to get rid of it try this -

1. Create an empty folder.
2. Drag the file into the folder
3. Delete the folder.
