Ark Soho PCI NIC 10\100 mb driver. HELP?

Anyone out there have a copy or know where I could get a copy of this driver software?
Spent 3 days trawling the internet.
I got 1 copy but XP failed to recognise it.
Ark Soho PCI NIC 10\100 mb is definatley the name as I took the board out and that was the label.

A+ Certified - this link gives you the 'run around' eventually to download 'Driver Detective' - no driver file!

I boot from http://pclinuxos.com and it finds all the resources.
