I'm looking to expand on my customer service help skills and I've been told forums are usually a good way of doing that in terms of experience.

dude, please! half of the internet, today, is about forums and message boards (it was a 100% when it got started... remember BBSs????), there has to be too much to look into...

Yes there is have you tried orkut? I use it and its preety good. It also comes with a google phone thing that lets you just call someone on your freinds list at no cost so it great. Idealist.org is another 1

Try these, there are millions available. Look up the geek.com boards and so on, and look up computer culture websites, they normally have forums.
