I don't think that sounds normal, hard to say without seeing it.
Don't touch it unless you've washed your hands first, don'ty touch it very much at all if you can help it, and cleanse it with Benzalkonium chloride. You can get it at any drug store, it's called Bactene. It will clean it without damaging any tissue.
Don't use hydrogen peroxide or alcohol, whatever you do. Alcohol kills healthy tissue and infected tissue, and delays proper healing; plus, it hurts. Hydrogen peroxide will dry the piercing out and irritate it into further infection. Use what piercers tell you to use. Bactene.
And go see a professional, a piercer you know and trust to go take a look at it. They can help you better.

No this does not sound normal. Be sure you are not starting an infection there. Cleanse the piercing well with plain soap and water and watch for any discharge.

did the piercer disinfect with that brown liquid lol its late i can't think straight... if not sounds like its about to get infected try putting some peroxide on it if it bubbles a lot you may want someone to look at that
