Well, there can be tons and tons of different possibility to it.
But the thing is, you need to talk to her openly. Try not to make things worse by not giving her a chance to explain herself.
On your part, maybe you're sensitive to whatever that is happening, or had happened. Try to stay objective. I know it's rather depressing, but it's gonna be more depressing if you get the whole idea wrong.
Honestly, who exactly wouldnt flirt another's back? If he/she should stay loyal, and not ruining the r/s, it's ok?
Well, it's 22nd century, it's like in the past where you'll get slaughter for talking to another guy/girl.

Excuse me... I'm sure you talk to women during the day that she's not aware of.
Where is the jealousy coming from. Obviously you are defensive for some reason.
Maybe you should have a calm honest discussion with your wife and tell her how you are feeling.
Be open minded to her response as well... she might need something you are failing to give her.
It might be perfectly innocent.
Have a conversation.

talk t her and ask her why...maybe she feels u dont listen to her and these other men show her the attention and satisfaction she wants or needs...good luck
