My boyfriend and I have a slight age difference. I am the younger of the two. I am 15. What do you think is an appropriate age difference for young couples?

if he's older, make sure you both dont do anything sexual, for he's allowed to date you but cant seduce you if your under 17 and he's 18 or above.
for every offence they can charge 5 yr's...each....

Barring the legal issues (15 is underage in all states if I am not mistaken) a lot depends on the maturity of both parties. Women often mature before men so it is not uncommon for them to be drawn to men who are a LITTLE bit older. I would say that at 15 if you are dating someone who has already graduated high school he is probaly too old for you.

I think if he's older than 18, its a bad bad thing. When you're that young you should really date within a year or two of your age because the gap between ages is wider. As you get older, you can increase it to several years (in your twenties) to five or more (in your thirites)

two- three years tops. i would say at 15 under 18 once he's 18 your parents can take legal action against him even if you aren't having sex.

He should not be older than 17. Anything older could land him in jail.

I think you need to concentrate on finishing high school, and picking a college, boys aren't important right now. My daughter is almost 17, and she's focused on school work, and college prep courses.
