Well, Im a 13 year old hormonal male. Living in whats rated to be the best city to live in (Naperville, Illinois) so there are some hot girls, and yes....we do, not a ton (well, not me a ton) but a lot of guys do..
I honestly like personality more tho

Woooow....you have proven in multiple ways that you have a lot of growing up to do before you worry about that crap. Obviously, you are a very young teenager and you didn't know that guys like boobs. Seriously, don't get involved with that crap. You're only 13. Guys at that age are just big horndogs that actually prefer age above anything else. They go for the older girls.

well, the immature ones do anyway. some want to be somewhat attracted to them but personality plays a big role in that. If you are hot with an awful attitude, physically you turn ugly to me. If you are okay looking with a great personality, physically you will become hot.
Steer clear of those that want you because you have boobs. they dont care about you and it will end up hurting you in the future.

boys will take anything they can get there hands on wether its your boobs or your but my best freind had this boy freind named ujoe and he was really touchey at scool he grabbed her but and even reached op her shirt but some guys arent like that it just depends on the guy hope i helped
