my gf says she regrets ever meeting me and that she wish we never met each other and that i wasted 11 months of her life. What should I do?

I'm so sorry- that was really mean of her to reveal her true feelings to you so harshly, but what you "should do" is take the higher road and exit the relationship without even speaking to her again. There is nothing you can say that will make her feel differently towards you and anything you say to her will be a waste of breath and will only prolong the relationship----she will respect you more if you just walk away, and you'll respect yourself more too.---ps. there are a lot of nice chics out there- you just picked the bad apple this time.

Its easier said then done when someone says to just forget about your gf and move on. You and your gf need to sit down and talk about your relationship, talk about what could be improved in the relationship to make it better and the BOTH of you need to agree to do what was discussed. If you dont want to lose your relationship then you have to fight for it, dont fight for it to the point where your obsessed about it and make her and everyone else uncomfortable. If she doesnt want to continue dating you then leave the relationship be. The steps for you to take when worst comes to worst and there is no more relationship is to completely get her out of your life, you need to get rid of all 'memorabilia' eg. her things, songs that remind you of her, etc. Get support from family n friends. Treat yourself to something to make yourself feel better and know that your a wiser and stronger person now and you also walk away knowing that what you had with her isnt what love is and that it will be so much better with someone else. You will find someone better and know exactly what not to do. Remember you didnt waste 11 months of her life, it was all HER choice to be with you.

Right now shes hurt and she didnt expect the relationship to take the unexpected route it did. You should get over it and figure out what did you do wrong in the relationship. She feels it was wasted time because she doesnt see any results of being with you...its harsh but its true. She expected more and didnt get it thats why she feels time was wasted.

did she tell you why?? that seems really harsh ... I guess I would just tell her good bye and that you would hate to waste any more time with her since she regrets meeting you ... but you can say that you don't regret it and that you wish her well in her next adventure.

It certainly sounds like she wants to break up, and quite frankly, if she's saying that kind of thing, you don't want to be going out with her.
It's a little harsh, but my advice is to break it off with her; maybe with time, she'll realize what a good thing she had with you...and maybe not. She's already gone, she just hasn't made it official yet.
