Even with the current backlash, by the electorate, against the Republicans, I don’t think Hillary Clinton is a viable candidate. She simply doesn’t have what it takes to marshal the kind of broad support needed to win office.

First and foremost, as the past few Presidential elections has attested to, one cannot win a bid for the highest office in the land unless one sways the hearts and minds of Middle America. Middle America with its traditionalist values will probably have reservations against a woman running for President, especially a woman like Hillary, whose persona exudes everything Middle American conservatives despise about the modern feminist movement.

Secondly, she doesn’t have the charisma that her husband has, and in order to win swing voters who are straddling the fence between voting for a Republican and Democrat you must be chalked full of charisma.

Thirdly, most of America, even in many liberal areas, understands that much of the US’s global dominance and economic strength rests in our military prowess. Most Americans would therefore be reluctant to place a female at the head of the military, which historically has been an entity commonly associated with strong male leaders.

Ultimately, if Democrats want to have a contender for the Executive office who has a high probability of success the best thing they can do is discount Hillary Clinton. I for one would not vote for her.

No way. I will not vote for the Democratic Party due to checks and balances. We already have a Democratic Congress, so we need a Republican President to keep the checks and balances within the federal government's branches. It would seem the balance would be off if we have a Democratic Legislative Branch and a Democratic Executive Branch, which are supposed to oversee each other.

I would vote for a rock before I voted for Chairman Hilary. She COULD win, but she is going to have a tough time winning the general election. She is dancing her way to the center, and alienating her original base, while conservatives and the GOP will shout her voting records from the rooftops. She's screwed.
Mitt Romney for the win!

Hilary is looking for the nomination from her party...she isn't running yet. Anything is possible, she could win. I don't think I could vote for her.

No she'd wouldn't win she had way too much baggage from when Bill was in office. Look at the scandals she was in, Rose law firm, Health care, Travel Gate. to name a few.

And No I wouldn't vote for her.

No and no- She is the epitome of whats wrong with a lot of the politicians. I have observed her for many years and I can't get a handle on what she really believes. For that reason, I would never consider voting for her.

I would NEVER vote for this weak, self centered, selfish, ugly in both mind and soul wreck of a person.

However, I am quite certian that a number of easily led Americans will vote for her all because of Bill.
Or because she's a woman. Like this is supposed to inject her with some holy light.
She is a criminal, she is evil, she is worthless and will finish the destruction of this country.

She CAN win...anyone who runs CAN win.

No, I won't vote for her. Neither will a majority because:

* She is a woman
* She is a Clinton
* She has failed in every major program intiative she's tried
* She has alledged criminal acts

No and it's not because women can't handle the job as many have proven to do a good job in leadership roles...it's because she, as a person, can't handle it and neither could her husband. In my opinion they both made and continue to make our country, as a whole, appear weak, inmature, and irresponsible. Aside from how other countries view us we do live here as well and I don't plan to give her my vote because I care about our country as a whole : )

If she runs for President of the United States I will vote for her.
She might win, she might not.

I do not think you should use so many question marks to ask such simple questions. The way you ask your questions is very eloquent and expresses your views. The questions are precise and to the point. You just need to work a bit on your style. Excessive question marks are not necessary and even somewhat rude.
