If you're an adult, you are entitled to do what you want. No, your carer would not get into trouble for taking you. It's perfectly legal for two people to make an arrangement like paying for sex - what's illegal is soliciting ie, going onto the street and selling yourself in public.
And no, I am not a prostitute! Just know the law on this.

go for it babe why not its your business and your carer will not get into trouble you will pay for the company and normally they will ask if there is any extras you want and then its just adults consenting to having sex no one needs to know if you payed the person keep it quiet no one will know

Yes, if your carer arrange it they would be breaking the law. certainly be sacked by thier employer
