Well, maybe you want to chat with him first when he comes to pick up the milk. After doing this a couple times, you should've found out some of his interests, so that you can ask him out to do something he's interested in. Or, after chatting with him a few times, you can just ask him out somewhere to eat or to get some coffee, so you can talk some more and find out more about him.

Omg! Make a dirty comment related to milk, lol. But yeah, just be like "Hey, I think you're kinda cute, wanna go out for coffee?" or drinks if you want, but coffee makes more sense. Keep it casual, keep it cool, have fun!

i dont really know ususally the guys ask the girls im not too sure about that but i guess when you see him and you feel comfertable about asking him then shoot for it good luck
