In some situations I have to tolerate people till the meeting is over (work). I may talk with a person about it tactfully if I have to deal with them regularly. If I can, I remove myself from the situation. I try to remember that people are who and how they are and have probably been that way a long time. They are pretty miserable people and I try to stay away from them if I can.

Well...In real life I don't take much. I have a bad temper. I try to stay away from people like that so I don't go off.

When it starts to effect your everyday life.....end the relationship....what ever it is...friend, co-worker, employee....abrasive people can be very draining...not to mention they are very stressful to be around...and no one needs that in their life if they can help it.....
