It all depends. If he treats you like a guy friend but better than all the rest of his guy friends than its a possibility. If he doesn't than no.

No, but that means he feels comfortable with you. He also feels comfortable with his sister. The #1 sign a guy likes you is when he looks at you more than once. A guy will look at anyone, but if the girl is ugly, he won't look twice.

Yes it's true he definitly likes you...as a friend. Doesn't mean he won't take the perks, just means it won't be a lasting romantic relationship. Romance doesn't exist between Two of The Guys.

not all guys....but definitely some. All guys have different signs so you cant really generalize it like that.
however, its usually the case that when a guy and a girl become really good friends they eventually end up dating. so there IS some truth to your statement!
