I'm 17 and going to turn 18 in february of 2007 and my girlfriend is going to turn 15 in april. we have been together for a year and i know that i love her. We probably won't be sleeping together for a long time but if anything does happen i would like to know the rules about it. i have heard that as long as i am 18 and still in high school then it is allowed but i don't know if that is true and if there is a limit on the age difference and how far about we can be?

Arizona: no statutory minimum, those under 18 must have parental consent, those under 16 must receive approval of a superior court judge and parental consent. (statute)

I think your safest bet is to just wait until she is 18, you don't want to get the wrong information, get into trouble, and then ruin your life before you have started it buy being called a SEX OFFENDER, it also doesn't matter what the laws say....WHAT DO HER PARENTS SAY??? If you two are really in love, and you know you will be together forever, than waiting isn't bad at all... Don't be a fool, don't make the biggest mistake of your life!

Find a GF your own age. if your 18 you shulnd't be dating a 14 year old sorry. and just cause u were 17 and she was 13 when u 1st started doens't make it ok. its kinda sick actually. way too big of a difference in age at that point in your lives

Consult an attorney on that one before you turn 18 asap.

You have your entire life ahead of you
Your girlfriend has her entire life ahead of her

That's not true,under age sex is illegal no matter how old you are if she is under age 16.Just wait if you can,but if not be careful,wear a condom always,and keep it to yourself what you and your partner do in bed.

It's against the law ... and should her parents (or her if you piss her off) decide to press charges on you ... you could be convicted and have to register as as sex offender for the rest of your life.
