I know it can be hard to ask someone out when you are not sure of their feelings. However, I have found more regret in NOT asking someone out then dealing with the potential rejection.
I encourage you to ask her out. You don't need to ask her out on a formal date the first time around. Maybe something like coffee or drinks would be a good first date.

Well, only one way to find out if she is interested in you or not. Ask her! If she says no, at least you'll know.
