1) A french Braid is classy, and keeps away frizzyness. (you can always put flowers or jewels in it to dress it up)
2) Braid two pieces on the sides and pin them back.
3) Bun...classic...

I would curl the ends, and maybe get a headband if you like that look, or just buy some nice clips and pin your hair half-up, or just one side, whatever looks good. I would also use a styling cream like Frederic Fekkai Glossing Cream, start with just a dab and build up from there as it is very rich and concentrated. It works well on my hair, anyway.

why dont u get a banana clip, my hair is shoulder length and the banana clips that used to be a bit craze are coming back into fashion...it makes your hair look great at the back, and if it does go frizzy, it will still look cool....try Claires Accessories, they are only about £2-£3....well worth it...and try keeping a few tendrils out to soften the look

Why not treat yourself and make an appointment at the hair dressers. Explain what you wnat and let her do it for you then it saves you messing on trying to get it right.

Go for the Mullhawk, it's a mohawk, but only on the back of your head. It's very big in Hoxton right now.
