First of all a nice guy will want to know a girl for who she really is and he wont be so fast to date her really quick unless he really knows that she is a nice girl also. Second of all dont make him chase you. A nice guy with his own personality will see this as a game and he will quickly lose interest. See how he treats all people whether he needs anything from them or not, a nice guy will be nice even to a homless beggar. The most important thing to know if a guy is nice or not is if he really can communicate and share his heart with you. If he can and you wont also then he will leave u. Also dont expect to meet him at nightclubs as mostly scumbag men that are players and partiers are there.

A nice guy is definitely possible to meet, but you have to delve into him.
Anyway, to answer your question, I think meeting a guy in the library or something is a great idea. Barnes & Nobles perhaps? Sit down, read a book, drink a cup of coffee and see what happens, maybe a guy will sit down and chit-chat with you.:)

Pick something that you are interested in that would also attract members of the opposite sex. When you get there, be flirtatious and friendly. Also, if all else fails, undo an extra button.
