I know that you really like this girl, but, i know you're going to HATE to hear this, friends first. Friends are the most important things in your life along with family. You can't exclude this friend for a girl. But, you have to be fair, tell him that you won't get the girl and he won't get the girl either. Even if he's a terrible friend, you have to ask him. He is your friend after all. Ask him if you can get the girl. I'm really sorry!!! Good luck!! Hope you get her!!!

its not worth it. friendships should be more important to you than a girl. girls will come and go, but you should make your friendships there to last forever, if they are your best friends. and as a caring friend, you should look after your friend so he doesn't cut. just talk to him and make an agreement that neither of you will get with her, then no one gets hurt...

First off - his cutting or not is NOT your fault and you can't let your choice be manipulated by his hurting himself. Is the girl more important than your friendship with him?

How old are you? If you are still in High School or less its not worth it. If you are friends with him and have been for a long time. There are plenty of fish in the sea man. TRUST ME dont ruin your friendship with him.

its ok to like her, just be careful...if you trust him and he's a close friend, he's more important than a girlfriend...you dont want to lose someone you trust. believe me, they dont come around that often.
