Boys won't bother unless they have something to prove or something to gain. If a lad is bothering you, he probably likes you. Being male, they can't be as open as women.

it all depends on how old you both are if you are still in elementary
school ya good chance he likes you.
if you are in junior high on up then he's got mental stability problems and should be stayed away from
