No there is an actual difference. It's in the live culture bacteria that is good for digestion that's found in activa. It's better for you. I have digestion/ulcers and my doctor told me to eat activa.

I guess it's the way to make more money, though it sounds nice. Don't forget that drinkable plain yogurt is the best thing you should eat daily.

It's probably just to make more money. I'd stick with normal yogurt. (it tastes better)
