my wifes aunt is an US citizen for the past 30 years. She has agreed to make all necessary arrangement for us in the US..What should i do to migrate to to the US with my family..I'm from india, and am currently working as an optometrist in the middle east..However i do not wish to practice my profession the US..pls advise

S'pose U go 2 US embassy to ask for visa application and question them. They probably want those coming here 2 have sponsor who can put them up ( provide home). Wood b nice 2 have job ready but no one expects that. Ask 4 all documents, papers, etc U need. How will U support urself - what work will U do if not usual ?

well what do you want to practice in the US? go visit your embassy and find out what all you need to do to come over. talk to an immigration attorney.
