How do you do it without getting hungery? I dont wanna hear any thats unhealthy bullcrap. I know it is just tell me how to do it, i'll learn my lesson.

You can eat lots of fruits and vegetables and feel full, but you'll be eating *very little* calories, and ZERO fat grams! This is a great way to lose weight, and as for protein to keep you healthy, you can drink Skim Milk (it is fat free and only has about 80 calories per glass)

So just eating a diet of skim milk, fruits and veggies..you'll never be hungry, and you'll be SO THIN!!

Also V8 veggie juice is great!
~fat free crackers are great!
~fat free lunch meat is great!(YES, they now make fat free hot dogs, bologna, ham, turkey, chicken, thinly sliced deli meat)

You can be annorexic and still be healthy! It's true! and don't let anyone tell you any different.

P.S. Remember to take a daily multi-vitamin and drink a gallon of water a day

I eat 1 activia yogart a day and then chew flavord gum when my stomach starts to growl. I lost 15 pounds in a week and a half but totally ate a ton today so that really sucks. Good luck!

So, just drink a lot of water and sometimes some natural juices, maybe even clear chicken broth and you should be fine (for at most 2-3 days without food). After a day without food, you won't even feel hungry.

hey whats up trust me i know how you feel being heart broken and stuff hell i still am. but trust me that not eating crap is hard. I tried it but i for get i dont wanna eat when i finally eat. SO what i would do is eat less and less untill there is nothing left. Take it smaller and smaller in as little amounts going down as you can. This way you get used to it hey can you email me back i would love to here more about you

Go see a counselor. Why starve yourself? So you can impress people that dont give a care about you? Be yourself and be healthy. Get close to people that are real and love you for who you are.

See how long you can go without eating, then once you feel as though you are going to faint, eat a small cube of cheese. It will provide you with enough protein to hold off.

If your goal is weight loss you must eat to lose weight. Not eating only slows down your metabolism and therefore you will burn less calories and therefore gain more weight.

eat right. 4-6 small portioned meals a day will help speed up your metabolism and help you lose weight. with that, also do a few exercises....will help.

Black coffee is calorie-free and will stump the appetite.
If the caffeine is bad, then use decaffeinated coffee.
