Too many variables to determine. Seek advice from a licensed dietician. The issue with achieving a size 4 (which is not necessarily an indication of anorexia... my wife is a healthy size 4) depends on your frame. How much of your hips is strictly fat and how much may be bone structure? There is little you can do to achieve a size 4 if your hip bone structure is too large to support that size. Bottom line, you need a professional exam to determine what you can realistically and safely achieve, not advice from us on Yahoo Answers.

If you lost 30lb, you could lose up to 6 inches, making your hips around 34 1/2 inches. Bear in mind that you will lose from everywhere else too, and if your hips are naturally wide or have never been that small, then I don't think it is particularly realistic. Aiming for 36-38 inches would be a much better goal and more easily maintainable.

You should be more worried about your waist measurement which should be no more than 32 inches for health purposes, but in my opinion 28 inches or less would be ideal.

Congratulations on your weight loss.

It is totally possible for you to become a size four. Eating wise here are some tips: Drink lots of water! Also in your diet, eat things that are high in protein and low in fat. Examples of foods you should cut out are sweets and cheese. Use skim milk instead of whole, and exercise daily. The best exercise you can do is running. On your first day, try running at a comfortable pace for at least 20 minutes, try going for 30. Gradually increase your running time, until you can run for 40 minutes a day. You should run 6 days a week, and running in the mornings work best. Immediately after running, you should eat and drink, or you lose your lean muscle.

You can eat whatever you want in moderation....but of course you have to eat a lot more healthy foods than junk. Thats a given. You have to do a lot of cardio in conjunction with toning. There is NO miracle diet that will keep weight off long term. Eventually people will crash and revert back to their original eating habits. You cannot deny yourself the foods you crave, as long as you don't gorge on them. Exercise!!

well the real way to lose weight is to watch how much you eat. when you are sitting on the couch watching t.v. think about what healthy things you could be doing instead such as walking and playing a sport. aslo make sure that you dont eat alot of sweets. you can still eat them just not as much. and make sure you eat fruits and vegatables and meat for your protein and start excersicing as well. well thats all i got for you im only 15.
