jake : Law ?? laws that benefits everybody to me are considered laws, not laws that benefit just a group of people. Slavery used to be legal once and everything Hitler did in Germany was condidered legal. Wanting freedom for people who lived under monarchies was a crime. So please dont talk to me about laws. Men had broken many laws and then make them again for their benefit

MENTALLY UNSTABLE MAN : Im agree with you, Im also agree that The US should enforce their borders and ports of entry, cause you cant place the whole world in just one place. But I think that if someone make it here some way some how through any of those ports of entry we should give them a chance. If hes taken in the port of entry ok, take him back, but not if he already have a life here.

You're right, the Declaration of Independence does say that.
However, it was a declaration of the colonies' independence from Britain. Not a blanket declaration of everyone's independence from recognizing the laws of any country they want to live in. And, if you'll remember your American history, it was independence gained after a brutal war.
The Declaration is a great document; inspiring and idealistic. But it was followed by a Constitution which lays out the laws of the land. They are not interchangeable.
Recognizing the right of all humans to seek freedom and happiness is not the same thing as recognizing all humans' right to immigrate into another country, wherever that country may be.
Someday, maybe, we'll live in a world with no countries and no borders. No laws, even, perhaps, though I doubt it. Until then, though, the ideals laid out so inspiringly in Jefferson's words are something to strive for, within the framework of the laws of our land.

When an ILLEGAL immigrant comes here and DEMANDS the same rights as a LEGAL AMERICAN I see it as wrong and see no reason to give them anything but a one way ticket to Panama.
I accept LEGAL immigrants and deny them nothing. But as for HUMAN RIGHTS they deserve to be treated fairly as long as they comply with the people who are sending them to there REAL Home. END OF STORY.
I also see it as wrong for people to demand that the Mexican flag be flown in schools in Texas and stuff because this is America not Mexico and if illegal immigration continues at its current pace we should just start calling this AMERICO
PS. English should be recognized as the national language

Yes, all men are created equal and have the right to freedom and the pursuit of happiness.
BUT - what's wrong with doing that in your own country? NOWHERE is it written that these rights pertain to only that humanity located within the borders of the U.S. of A!
Can't the illegals seek those rights in their own countries . The American people payed their dues to obtain those rights. Can't foreigners fetch their own water?

No I don't think so at all. People have rights when they follow the law. Illegals are not treated like slaves because they make money and they are here illegally of their own free will.
Edit: Make up your mind. There was no Declaration of Independence when they first took over the land from the natives. So which period of time do you want to talk about?

The Declaration of Independence nowhere says that foreigners have a right to take our education funds and other services without our permission. In fact it used to say 'life liberty and property' (as in I have every right to keep my own property) but later that was modified before it was signed.
Rights to liberty and pursuit of happiness is NOT the right to infringe on others.

We KNOW You Want The Declaration To Include You
And You Feel That It Doesn't
But It DOES
You Just Gotta Read The Other Parts, Too
Not Just The Parts You Like
For Instance
He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us,
and has endeavoured to bring on
the inhabitants of our frontiers,
the merciless Mexican Savages,
Posing As Dishwashers And Fruitpickers,
whose known rule of warfare
is an undistinguished destruction
of all ages, sexes and conditions.
SEE
You Just Gotta Get Past Your Favorite Part
Oh, Yea ....
BTW
You Can't Take Your Favorite Parts
Of The US Constitution Out Of Context Either
Or Else It Says ANYTHING You Want It To Say
But Not What It REALLY Says

Give unto Caesar that which is Caeser's is the old adage... and it applies here...
What is happening across our borders is a case of give unto Caeser that which is Fred's....
I do believe our founding fathers had every intention when creating the Declaration of Independence that it apply to WE the (legal) people of America, .not people like the British Redcoats or French Colonialists.... or Canadians, or Mexican Nationals...

The Declaration of Independence for the US- we had to get it straight first that All Men didn't mean White Men... women, African Americans, Native Americans, etc. were all treated like second class citizens.. now we finally have equality for our own citizens.. don't use our Declaration of Independence to support illegal immigration- it's not their Declaration it's ours- for our citizens and our LEGAL immigrants

There are legal ways to immigrate. Anyone not immigrating legally is considered an invader and should be shot.
You aren't worth the time I have already wasted on you. There are laws that prevent us from being invaded by new welfare recipients. I propose that we pay our border patrol better so that they aren't tempted to fail to do their jobs properly.
