I'm not sure what you're talking about, but tinypic.com is a great and fast way to get a url and such for a photo. You don't have to sign up, unlike photobucket.

photobucket is great, but if your files are already on the internet, you can obtain the image adress(right click on image, preferences, highlight, copy) and use this to insert it elsewhere on the web:
