Unless you're a midget, 90lbs is very likely too light. See a doctor to find out what your ideal weight should be for your height & build.

200 calories is way too little for anyone to consume. You don't mention your height or age, but there is no safe, quick fix to losing weight. If you are truly overweight, the best way to lose the weight and keep it off is safe dieting and exercise. Eat healthy foods, work out 30 mins a day, 3 x a week. You shouldn't lose more than 1-2 pounds a week, otherwise you face serious health issues and are very likely to gain it back. If you take in too few calories, your body goes into starvation mode and you actually burn less calories, because your body thinks its starving and saves everything you eat (including all the bad things). You start to burn muscle, so you'll lose any tone you have.

The best way to lose weight is to cut back on calories and exercise. Cut out about 500 calories from your current diet and add more healthy foods. Exercise for about 30 minutes 3-5 days a week. Healthy, safe weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week. For motivation, find some healthy foods that you really like, and eat those. For exercise, find something interesting, such as dancing or a fitness class, if you don't like plain old running or walking.

When you fast your body thinks that there is a shortage of food and does it best to stay the same weight. You should be eating at least 2000 calories a day and exercising regularly. Also 120lb is a healthy weight. pro-ana sites glorify disgustingly thin bodies, avoid these sites completely

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Maybe you're exercising too much, for your height I would say you should be about 112lbs 90lbs is too low you'd be bordering on underweight and maybe anorexic. Fasting is just going to make you put on weight, cut out any junk food you may be eating and cut down on the exercising and see how that goes. Try some adios maybe you're holding water.

You should always talk to a doctor or dietitian before undertaking a diet of this kind, you may not need it.

I'm sure that at 120lb, your already quiet sexy, why would you want to harm or damage your body and reduce your weight this much?

Be careful. xx

Go to a gym, use the equipment as usual, then sweat it out in the sauna. Starving yourself isn't gonna help - you'll be making yourself ill.

April, please see your doctor. There's nothing wrong with your weight at all. Many years ago, my sister thought she was overweight, thanks to a previous boyfriend, and started dieting. This spiralled out of hand, and she went bulimic. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. I'm sure you're beautiful.
