Not every woman has discharge but it is usually the BEST
way of working out your fertile days. They call this the mucus method.
Sometimes, no discharge MAY be a sign that you are not ovulating.
Have you had someone explain the Billings method to you?
Another way of testing, is by taking your temperature every morning(before you get out of bed) and calculating it. When you are pg, you do have a discharge but this is another type of discharge usually related to hormones in pregnancy and not the fertile mucus.
If you are in doubt, please see your dr. There are simple tests they can do to see if you are ovulating as ovulation usually gives you the fertile mucus discharge.
Drs won't call it discharge though - they call it "fertile mucus"
You should be seeing at least 2-3 days of fertile mucus and on your non-fertile days, possibly just stringy strands of fertile that are not cloudy and possibly more sticky.
Learn more about the billings method. see site below.

Normally your more apt to get pregnant one to two days AFTER your period. You do have CLEAR or like milky discharge, maybe sometimes even light yellow when your pregnant, and yes you have it the entire time because your body still produces the fluids. Once you stop "trying" it's going to happen when you least expect it! Trust me, I tried for nine months, got pregnant, lost mine at 9 weeks, then 3 weeks later got pregnant. I was scared because of the timing, but my daughter is a healthy beautiful 10 month old now. Good luck and have fun trying :) hope I helped some.

If you do not have discharge, you are not ovulating. If you feel/see mucus on your underwear or on your toilet paper after you wipe, then you are ovulating. No mucus, no ovulation and no getting pregnant. Check out the info below, they can help.
