I WOULD NOT WAIT at all if I was you. When you have pcos like I do it is very hard to get your periods regulated to be able to ovulate. The closer your periods are to 28 days the better off you are and if you wait until 3 months your periods are going to start getting longer which makes the ovulation off. I have pcos and my doctor has put me on 50mg of clomid, then 100mg, then 150mg, then he put me on metaformin and letrozole. I go this monday to see if the ultrasound is showing anything. I am on day 11 right now and no signs at all. I would say go for it now.

a week off isn't perfect, yet itll be ok. The supplementations shes already taken were construct up in her gadget. you purely pick to get them once attainable. Prenatals are so substantial - for instance folic acid helps forestall down syndrome and others, and the DHA helps children mind develop. Get her decrease back on em asap. If I were you, identity call the docs workplace (I advise, have her call) and ask in the adventure that they'd a weeks properly worth of samples she might want to have and clarify the topic. Or, you would possibly want to borrow the money from someone and promise to pay it decrease back asap. Any pal, Im sensible, would help you adult men because its for the toddler. although, in case you settle on to easily pass it till you pays for them, shell be ok. attempt now to not bypass any further. On sure, one very last element - fairly some grocery shops (the huge ones which have each and every thing, even some walmarts) have free medicine classes and prenatals are on the record. Your gf would might want to carry them her script yet they are going to provide them freed from charge. in case you dont have an section save whos doing this, they do promote em over the counter besides. 12 money or so receives you the "one an afternoon" kind prenatal. they don't seem as reliable because the prescription ones yet they do contain a diet and a DHA supplement. Thats something to seem into for sensible. wish this helps!! Congrats btw!!

I suffer from PCOS and had to see a specialist for Clomid to make me ovulate. Since you need about 3 months to get the pill out of your system to get pregnant, I would make that appt. with Dr. and stop taking pill. Who knows, you may get lucky and get pregnant by the time you get in to your Dr. Good Luck.

The internet is great for studying up, but can't really be relied on like a doctor can. If you can't get into your dr. try getting a new one. Maybe your dr. office can refer you out.
Try about 3 months off the pill before you start trying for a baby. But before that, start taking prenatal vitamins daily to get your body into the swing of things. They are great for you hair and nails too. :)
Good luck!

It should take you around three months to get the birth control out of your system. When you do see your dr, he/she may put you on Clomid. I suffer from PCOS and my dr put me on 50mg of Clomid and metformin. You should also have blood work done to see if you have a thyroid problem.
If you are not charting, you may want to look into it. I use fertilityfriend.com. It's very helpful and there are many supportive women on the message boards.
Lots of luck!!
