Everything but the yeast. Use dried milk with the mix, and don't refrigerate it, or if you do, get it back to room temp before using. Use your warm water with the yeast, then prepare as usual.

I tried mixing it using the yeast, too, and it didn't work well. I make it up in bulk, then store it in gallong jars. Shake them really well before measuring out - it actually works pretty well.

The yeast should be kept separate. It must be proofed before adding the flour.
