I haven't lost not even one pound since then. I don't know whether my body is on a plateau or it has reached that point where it won't lose anymore weight.

Go back to your meeting. There are people out there who can lose weight without support, I wasn't one of them, I suspect your not. If you think you've plateaued check your points again, look at your portion sizes and increase your water intake even if think you are drinking enough. Good luck.

Weight Watchers is a very popular diet given its long record of absolute safety but this is true because they keep the daily intake of calories relatively 'high' for a very 'slow' weight loss. The most common level is 1200 kcal daily. It would help to know your height and weight - for example - a woman who is 5' 2" and weighs 150 lbs is not likely to lose weight on a 1200 kcal diet and may indeed gain weight if there is not a serious exercise component to the diet.

How much have you lost? Are you close to your goal weight? If you are on the Points plan, switch to the Core plan, or vice versa. Try the Wendy plan- vary the amount of Daily points and extra points per day and use them all. Vary the type of amount of exercise. Act like you just started and be very strict with your points. Drink more water. Just don't give up!

If your pants are looser fitting then you have lost fat and gained muscle. It is very common when exercising to gain muscle first then lose the weight. Good luck

Are you doing Core or Points? Try reducing your food intake until you start losing again.

Do not starve yourself. When you do that your body thinks there is a famine and slows down your metabolism.

Don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat does.
