If a woman is talking to me about sex, I believe it's because she's trying to help me understand what she enjoys sexually. I would assume this information is being passed because I may be given the opportunity to perform such activities. I believe she's giving me a heads up on how to be a better partner for her. And showing an open line of communication guarentee's better performance and more fun..
Now If I'm actually interested in exploring this aspect of the relationship, I might be ok with it. However; if the conversations continue to only be about sex, sooner or later I'll believe she's more interested in the sex than me.
Sometimes that what some guys like, sometimes it isn't. We don't all think the same way.

I think it's great if a girl talks about sex. It's so important to be open about things and a guy can really learn a lot just by talking to her. Plus, it shows that females actually admit to thinking about it too and it's not only guys who think about sex. However, it can get annoying if a girl talks about nothing but sex 24/7 mainly because unless the guy actually has a chance of getting it, she will come off as a tease, which gets really old very fast.

I hate to say this for fear of sounding cliche but I think it just depends on the age of the people involved in the conversation. Younger girls really shouldn't talk too much about sex and older women usually don't. As a guy, I think it can be healthy and fun to discuss sex and I think it can build solid friendships between men & women. If the girl talks about it (but doesn't brag about having it all the time) most guys will not think she's easy, just interesting.

Well, truth being, if a girl is always talking about sex, it gives everyone the impression that she is indeed a slut. Of course, it depends on her status. If she's single and talks about having sex all the time, then yeah, I'm gonna think less of her. If she has a boyfriend and just likes to talk about the sex, then it's a totally different story. I used to have a female friend that would always talk about sex. She was single, so yeah, I kinda thought of her as a slut (which she was) but no, it didn't bother me. She was still one of my best friends.

Personally - I love openess and being able to discuss this subject.
I tend to believe that a girl is doing this to lett me know she wants me. I did have a girl do it one time who was just being a tease. That is not a good thing and it is really immature and mean. If it is a turn on for you - i suggest you go to a bar and try it out on a stranger cause doing it to a friend would be hurtful.
But - if you are just a horny little girl that loves to chat about sex - this is not a problem. Keep up the good work.

Well it matters which girl i am speaking to. If it is a girl i really like and I havent heard her talk about sex, than it takes away her innocence. And that will change the way i look at her.

I think its a turn on.
i dated this girl at one point and she loved talking about sex but about me.and having sex with me.thats always cool.
now if you start talking about sex and its with other guys then thats pretty bad and will have to say thats a major turn off.
so if she likes talking about sex thens its cool.just make more of it and less talk of it :O)

Yes, That can cause strain on a relationship due to one partner asking for sex. A case of a one-sided relationship.
