Cust: I'm trying to connect to the Internet with your CD, but it's not working.
TECH SUPPORT: you have got the CD in the CD drive, right?
Customer: Yeah....
TS: And what sort of computer are you using?
Customer: Computer? Oh, I haven't got a computer. It's in the
CD player and all I get is weird noises. Listen.....

I.T Helpdesk - How can we help?
Caller - My Computer is not working
I.T Helpdesk - Have you tryed turning it on and off?
Caller - Yes and nothing happens
I.T Helpdesk - Have you checked all the wires are plugged in correctly?
Caller - I can't see cause its dark
I.T Helpdesk - Have you tryed turning the light on so you can see?
Caller - Light wont turn on. We have had a power cut.
