If this is a daily horoscope it could mean that this will be felt for just the date it is covering. And yes, they are sometimes worded in a way that is mind boggling. It sounds like what it is saying is that currently you have ego-oriented (high self esteem) energy which is making you more magnetic to others including the opposite sex. You are likely feeling good about yourself and feeling more self-confident than usual. Because of this, you may be more daring, or you may dress or carry yourself in a manner that others find attractive. As a result of this, your social life will increase and your romantic life will too.

Ego oriented energy is you sun sign energy - you will be freely radiating who you are and it will attract people to you socially and romantically.
