I'm trying to get some variety in my diet. So i'm just wondering what everyone else is eating.

You have not made it clear whether you are vegitarian or non-
Vegitarian othervise i can show u some variety of diet.However I have eaten ,, Pulses liquid that is DAL we say,,plain rice,,,bread
Wheat item Rotli ,, we say ..and Green Vegetable also curd in the lunch and Again Rotli,Mixed vegetable,veg-salad and rice in the dinner.The breakfast Milk and cereal....and yes ,;morning tea...,I used to take.
Oh yes I am vegitarian..

Well, if you want to eat at home, then you can buy the banquet dinners, which are also healthy. I also eat the healthy start meals in the freezer section at the groceries. If you want to go out to eat, you can get subs at like subway, and arbys. If you go anywhere else try chicken sandwiches or something. I are a Chicken and Rice dinner. Go to where the can goods are in you groceries and you can find lots of quick healthy meals.

To some, it may seem like I ate a lot, but I've been up since 5am!

Toasted bagel with peanut butter (really fills you up and it's healthy!)
Coffee (with sweet n low in it)
Banana
Grilled chicken sandwich on a kaiser roll with low cal ranch dressing.
Dill Pickle
Cottage Cheese.
