How can I copy a programme I've recorded on Sky+ onto DVD?

I've lost the instructions on how to do it and can't find anything on Sky website.

if you have a scart lead running FROM your sky to your dvd tune your dvd to sky and hit record it is the second scart socket on the sky box(video)

You cannot do that. It violates copyright laws, the things are built to specifically made so that can't happen, which is why there is nothing on the sky website.
