I am sure it could be done but why would you bother spending 2 hours to fix a $10.00 machine????

Of course.. anything can be done.. One would have to remove the cutter completely and then wilth a small file, do it.. BUT.. I hasten to add that I have NEVER heard of ANYONE resharpening the blade on an electric or even a manual pencil sharpener

Take it to HR and when no one is looking trade with them they always use pens.

probably if you are a machinist

will be cheaper just to buy a new one
