cause granny cant hear to well anymore ...and granny uses the remote to watch commercials and you know how loud those are! I tried to tell her to turn it down but she couldn't hear me ..I think the neighbors have called the police !! well i am going before they get here ...ill call later ,hey turn up volume on phone so you can hear it ring you know granny TV is on 24/7
