maybe the smelly molecules have dispersed into the water.
next time try lighting 'em , or catching them in a bottle or sommat. Is far more romantic than candles....................

I think the bubble bath is chemically designed to scrub the farts on their way through the water.

Not scientific but the best i can do.

Why don't you write to 'Brainiac Science Abuse' for a decent answer?!

I can't believe the two of you are taking a bath together, farting and having discussions about it. Your wife should leave you to have a bubble bath on your own.

It works on the same principle as a water bong, my friends tell me. The water acts as a filter. The chemistry of it is beyond me.
Personally, I've never noticed a difference, but I 'll pay more attention next time.

No! I try not to fart in the bath. If I did share a bath with a lady friend then it's only manners not to fart. I suppose you will be asking us if we set alight the gas in the fart bubbles?

Stick your head under the water and take a big whiff.

Notice you didn't smell anything?

That's because you're underwater where air doesn't travel.

But of course if you did do that then you may have drowned and aren't able to read this........oh well no big loss.
