The Sony Ericsson K750i is awesome. It has the specs you want plus Bluetooth. Check it out on ebay to get a great price. It is a European phone, so online is where you'd find it. That's where I bought my husband's phone. He loves it. This is his new toy.
The phone is candy bar style and the camera is located on the back, covered by a slide feature. The phone's memory is upgradeable and allows plenty of pics, videos, and music. The radio is crystal clear. The colors on this phone are unreal.
I might buy another one....I call it the All-In-One!!!

I got a new sony ericsson w850i,it's really great.When you download the pictures from the camera on your pc you cannot guess it's taken through a cell phone.As for the sound quality it's really superbbbb.
